Having over 10 years experience in Human Resources, I have specialised in Recruitment, including Executive Search (head-hunting) and Career Planning and Transition, working for the world's largest Career Consultancy.

I have interviewed over 7,500 people and advised more than 900 people to get the most from their working lives. As my background is commercial, I have inside information on every type of interview situation and am very aware of how job markets work. I am happy to share this with you to help you optimise your strengths in the competitive job market!

I also advise companies on career management and have developed on site career centres, outplacement programmes and designed change management training for many blue-chip organisations in Dublin.
